BenQ recently announced a new monitor for its LEPow Portable Gaming Monitor line, the LEPowa, which will be available for preorder starting February 17, 2018.
The LEPower Monitor is an all-in-one gaming monitor that features a curved 144Hz panel, a 10-inch, 1,280 x 480-resolution display, a 1080p resolution (1920×1080), and 4K video recording at 60 frames per second.
The monitor also features 4-year warranty, a one-year price guarantee, and comes with an optional wireless charging dock for up to four devices.
BenQ says the LEPSOW has a refresh rate of 144Hz, so you can expect 60Hz to be available in the monitor.
The monitor features an Intel Core i7-8750U processor, 8GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 1080 GPU, and 256GB of PCIe SSD storage.
A built-in USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port lets you transfer files from an external drive to the monitor’s USB Type-A port.
The screen also features an IPS panel that is 60Hz and has a 144Hz refresh rate.
The monitors screen has an aspect ratio of 16:9 and supports Full HD (1920 x 1080) and 4:3.
It also comes with a USB Type C 3.0 port and an optional 5W audio amplifier.
The LEPowersource Monitor also comes standard with a wireless charging kit, allowing up to three devices to be connected to it.
The $99.99 price tag doesn’t include the included Wireless Charging Dock, which is a USB-C 2.0 Type-B port that charges up to two devices in two minutes.
The display is also the only part of the monitor that is built-into a stand, so it’s a good fit for a laptop or tablet.
Benq says that the LEPsower Monitor can be used in two different ways: the monitor can be set to automatically dim the display when you’re not using it, or you can manually adjust the brightness when it’s on.
You can also adjust the color temperature of the display from within the monitor software.
Benqs LEPows monitor also has a built- in microphone that you can connect to your phone or other Bluetooth headphones.
The built–in microphone also lets you use the monitor as a speakerphone, so if you want to use it for audio commentary or as a stand for your laptop, the monitor supports that.
The company also says the monitor features a built in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G LTE network.
If you want more features or want to upgrade to a cheaper monitor, you can buy the LEPUs LEPowing Monitor from BenQ for $149.99.
