The 4K monitor market has been on fire for a couple of years now, with the likes of the Asus Transformer Book T Series and the Dell XPS 12.
The price point is still pretty low though and even though some companies are now making 4K displays, others are still selling them at a price that is prohibitively high.
Here we’ll look at some of the best 4K screens on the market and what you need to know to make the right purchase.
The 4K display industry is big and the trend is growing.
We’ll start with the most popular 4K models right now, but we’re sure you’ll find plenty more options for you to pick from.
These are some of our favourite 4K 4K panels on the web, so check back regularly to see what new products are coming out.1.
Asus Translate Book TSeries: This is a fantastic screen with an incredible pixel density of 3840 x 2160 and a refresh rate of 60Hz.
It has a very pleasing viewing angle and is great for watching movies and gaming.
The screen is very affordable and you can pick up a model for around £80 with the extra port.2.
Dell Xps 12: This screen is the next most popular.
It’s currently on sale for £799, which is a £150 discount from its original £1,299 price tag.3.
Dell Transformer Pro: This looks like a good value and features an IPS panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, so it’ll suit most gamers.
However, it’s quite pricey at £2,499.
It also has a lot of compromises, including poor contrast ratio, which will make it unsuitable for everyone else.4.
Asus ZenBook UX430: The Asus Zenbook UX430 is an IPS monitor with a 1440 x 900 resolution.
This screen has a pixel density that is slightly higher than the ZenBook X300 and is also available with a 120Hz refresh.
However it’s a little less colourful than the Asus Zenbooks so it’s not the best choice for everyone.
This model is available for around $999.5.
Vizio VA25: The Vizio Va25 is a VA panel with an ultra-wide viewing angle.
It uses a pixel pitch of 240Hz which is quite good for those looking for a wide viewing angle without having to sacrifice colour accuracy.
However the viewing angle is quite wide so it can get pretty dark, so we wouldn’t recommend using this monitor with anything brighter than a 2560 x 1440. It costs £1:49.6.
Acer Iconia F4: The Acer Iconias F4 has a IPS panel, which can be calibrated to a wide range of colours.
However due to its large screen size it can be a little difficult to see details on the screen.
You’ll have to look at the picture quality on the back of the screen to be able to see the colours you need.
You can pick it up for £549 with the DisplayPort 1.2 input, or for £999 with the built-in Dolby Atmos sound.7.
Samsung NX930: This monitor is a little more expensive than the Vizio and it’s more expensive, but it’s still a great screen for gaming and watching movies.
The resolution is 1440 x 928, which should suit most people.
It can also handle HDR content, but you’ll need to use the full screen for most movies.8.
Dell Venue 8 Pro: The Dell Venues 8 Pro has a 1ms response time and is designed for those who are looking for gaming on the go.
It features a 120 Hz refresh rate which should be able in most situations.
It is also compatible with the latest Apple products, such as the MacBook Pro.9.
Asus VivoBook X5: The VivoBooks are a good screen for those with a lot more screen real estate, but they’re still quite pricey and you won’t be able see any detail at all with this screen.
They also tend to be a bit overpriced.
You get a cheaper model at £499.9, Asus VibeBook X2: This has an IPS screen, but with a higher pixel density.
It supports Dolby Vision and can be seen with the naked eye.
You’re also able to use it as a gaming monitor, with a 4K panel.
It runs around £300.10.
LG V10: This panel is a 5K panel, so its not as good as the IPS models, but its still good for gaming.
It comes with a 30Hz refresh, which makes it ideal for those needing a good gaming experience.11.
Dell Vibe Book Pro: If you’re a gamer and want a good quality monitor, the Dell VIBE Book Pro is the perfect choice.
This is one of the most expensive screens you can buy, but that’s mainly because it’s made for gamers.
It offers a 120hz refresh rate and
